When I found out that this was here after being so used to the one downtown, I was thrilled. My first time coming to this... location and I decided to be smart and check the pumpernickels.ca website to make sure of the times it was open. Lo and behold,the website says open til 3:30. I arrive at 2:03pm and find out that it actually closed at 2:00pm. Yes, I see on GOOGLE that itcloses at 2pm, but why would a company keep their personal website SO WRONG. Less than impressed, this is not what I would haveexpected from a larger chain. Read more

Good food but I drive out of my way from the office only to find it closed often. I stopped going early 2020 as they keep their... location phone number a secret so I cannot call to see if they are open. I think they never reopened. Read more
The food is amazing, however the staff is not trained well. They are always lost and looks like they need guidance. There's... always one person who knows how to do all the work and seems to try to guide all the other employees. One thing I don't like isthat every time they charge me differently when i add my Avocado to my sandwich, sometimes its 1$ sometimes its 2$ and i neverhave the time to argue; yet this is super unprofessional.
