Asked for a cold brew with no ice, was told that it would be "unfair to the other customers". Embarrassing me in front of people... as if I'm taking something I'm not paying for. It's alright, there's another coffee shop around the corner that has no problemserving cold brew with no ice. Read more
Nice coffee place with lots of seating and parking options.
I am very happy with the service I got from this location. They actually packed my drinks in a bag like Starbucks done for an... Uber Delivery. The Heartland location never does this and the Uber drives have complained to me that I should let the Second Cupat Heartland know. Even the customer service is better at this location than the Heartland one. Keep it up guys!! I?m reallyhappy with this location. Read more
Coffee is better than Starbucks. Would have been better if at least one of the three staff members chatting when it was slow at... the counter was out and about cleaning and straightening out. It wasn't terrible, but there was stuff they could have beendoing. Read more
