I used to go here atleast 10 times a week. Recently i feel that either the supervisor or the associates don't have much clarity... on offers. I asked them to redeem telltims survey for a French Vanilla today and they said they can't since the receipt is fromsep (yes the receipt is from 20-sep). But as far as i know its not true and i believe the receipt should be within 30days and wecan redeem once every 7 days. Infact this is 2nd time happening here. It looks like we have to tell them the terms &conditions. Logical question to the store: what if a customer wants to use the offer on 1st day of the month with the receiptfrom previous month's last day? If they can't then whats the purpose of these campaigns. Decision: i know losing one customerdoesn't impact them but its just a start. Weird drive-through setup, but fast service from the Tim Horton's staff! Convenient pitstop off of the highway and the... Hurontario bus stop. Would recommend going inside to order rather than waiting in the drive-through. Customers get confused atthe drive-through and block the incoming traffic when they're supposed to wait and proceed when clear. Shared unit withWendy's, there are tons of seating areas and lots of customers that come in and out of this store. They do lack a little bit ofparking. Also, one common set of bathrooms is shared between Wendy's and Tim Horton's. Otherwise, staff are very quick torespond and complete orders. Everyday i visit there stand there for couple of minutes , nobody takes my order, in my face team members will be talking to... each other ignoring my presence. I don't say anything to them thank god there is Wendy's right next it otherwise i would neverget a drink or food after a long day. Read more
