We got 2 hazelnut cold brews with cold foam and the cold foam tasted weird at first sip. We mentioned this at the window and 4... employees came running to the window to convince us that it's fine. Feeling attacked, we left. Once we drank a bit more, werealized the cold foam was chunky, so probably expired. We drove to a different Tim's and showed them. Without fail this place continues to mess up my order. 1st) They forgot to put the cheese and bacon on my B.E.L.T. 2nd) they... didn't put the cream cheese on the only item I ordered. They asked if they could just put the cream cheese over the butter onthe same bagel instead of making a new one. When I requested a new one they didn't bother to put cream cheese on both sides ofthe bagel 3rd) they forgot the sauce on my sandwich and when I went back they charged me for extra sauce 4th) if you want toskip the long drive thru line and go inside, don't bother. I always see at least 7-8 people inside and they will let you standthere for several minutes before even acknowledging you. Read more
