Last evening we ordered online a large pizza with three toppings. When we picked it up it was without mushroom (one of the 3... toppings) saying that they ran out of mushrooms and they decided by themselves to make it their way without going back to us thecostumer (eventhough they have the phone number!!!!!)... didn't offer another toppings or making different one This is not thefirst time with this bad customer service and an attitude in this branch Read more
Order a 2 large pizza online but made a mistake on the crust selection within 1 minute I called the credit view location and ask... to change the dough. I was told the pizza has already been made. Who makes 2 large pizzas in 30 seconds. Weak customer serviceand pretty sure I was lied to about the pizzas already being made. Not a good place to buy pizza. Worst customer serviceever Several months later I tried this location again for delivery. Everything was fine until I was called that my order wouldnot be delivered to my door. Person on counter not helpful. He does not know, how to split 16 and 16 wings with different sauces. Asked me to pay 34 $... instead of $29.99. After I just outside. He and his colleague start laughing. I went to other store at heart land. Store wasmuch cleaner and very helpful staff. Manner needs to teach staff and system training required. Read more
