Had time to kill before a store in the mall opened, so I decided to buy a breakfast meal, which is rare for me; I never eat at... McDonald's. Food is good, for McDonald's... It really is not REAL food, after all. Service was rushed and rude. I wanted aketchup packet but took at least 2 minutes to get the attention of a worker behind the counter. They just call your number,drop your bag and rush off. The actual restaurant is disgusting! Food on the floor, windows with spit, handprints and smearmarks all over them. I don't think they have cleaned the tables in days. Photo is of the hair stuck to my table - it was thecleanest table that I could find - and the spit on the window looking into the play room. I would not return. If therestaurant looks this dirty at 9:50am, how does it look during a lunch or dinner rush? Read more
Horribly made food at this location. Chicken is burnt and dry. Some assembly required.
I'm sad to say that I just asked about the closed playplace and they said they're getting rid of it for good during renovations,... and it won't be upgraded or anything. Miserable experience..! So we entered the location at 11:30PM and wanted to dine-in and it wasn?t that crazy busy. They took... half an hour to make our order which is totally fine. But when we were halfway eating, the lady with short and healthy builtasked us to leave stating that she wants to close the doors. The well maintained stores announce their closing at least 30minutes. And this lady came to us three times with an idiotic attitude while we were eating. This is unacceptable behaviour andis very embarrassing. MacDonald needs to work on it. Read more
