Everytime i come into this store, the male manager is always rude to his employees. He is always so unprofessional and will talk... down to them. Poor girl was getting yelled at behind the cake fridge at one point. It is a very open space and he could of atleast waited until the end of the night or when the customers left. I feel very sorry for them.. Also, if you need to correct anemployee, thats fine. But dont be an a**hole about it... interrupt and join the conversation. Read more
Normally my experience here is good. Well stocked, polite staff, however, there is always one bad apple that spoils the bunch.... This 'person' if she doesn't check her attitude at the front door will compromise the integrity of a business that's been therefor years, whom the owners have worked very hard to establish. If this 'person' is finding it difficult to be in service to thepublic get out now or take a customer service course! It doesn't matter how polished an establishment is, if the service is pooreverything is reflected that way. Maybe she should go on mop duty till she learns how to be in service! Read more
One of the worst locations. Every week they have new trainee and they don?t even know how to scoop ice cream. We have been... getting less than half a scoop of ice cream on many occasions now. They don?t even know which cup to use for two scoops icecream. We literally had to tell these newbies which cup to use. We don?t mind helping new staff but it is ridiculous that therest of the staff is just doing their own work instead of helping their struggling staff. It is not fair to customer that weneither get complete product nor service. I never had these issues at other locations. Read more
Excellent customer service , The cake person helped us to choose the correct ice cream flavour and design .. the cake came out... as expected and perfect and it was tasted delicious?. The shop is located in central parkway mall .. and there are enoughparking space available .. Read more
