Two super amazing n mouth watery things are gulab jaman n their desi masala chutni...5 stars to both. Will make u miss Karachi... with very first bite. Freshly made parathas, crispy, would love some more stuffing to make it more tasty. We tried their chickencheese n aalo paratha. Chk cheese I think was better comparatively. Wrap we tried beef bihari, was expecting more. I think itwould be better if wraps are served in puri paratha instead of frozen paratha...that will definitely enhance the taste. Wealso bought their frozen lacha chai parathas...haven't tried them yet but look forward too. Customer service was good too. Wewere offered gulab jaman complimentary as a thank you for waiting :). I would give it a 4 for the fresh parathas however I would have loved some more stuffing with respect to the size and thickness... of the parathas. While the parathas were good, the rolls were pretty average with dry frozen parathas. I expected much more fromthe rolls. But none the less, for the parathas alone, it is a worth visit. They also have fresh things like samosas and springrolls, etc which we didn't try. The serving time is a little longer so I would recommend that you should call them before hand.Do visit them for their fresh parathas for sure. Read more

Phenomenal tea, many varieties of tea, paratha and wraps. Good selection of pickles, dips, frozen foods. No tables and chairs... for groups if visiting the place to sit for a cuppa tea. Read more

I went there and wanted to buy a couple of packs of mains. The guy at the customer service seemed to be busy with something and... I stood there for five minutes looking at him. There was no other customer at the time. Then he said give me one minute, andleft. Finally when he came he said you want just this, which felt odd. When i was about to pay, he started talking to anotherguy, and went inside again. I am sorry, but you need to improve a lot on how to deal with customers.
