One star for this location, one star for my memories that?s it. They never stop training new staffs here, I?ve seen 8ppl behind... the bar but they work like snail. The new young girls laugh and talk but never working on their job. Ok btw the coffee andAmericano taste different everyday here, I saw them making coffee without beans today and the coffee was light like water. Don?twant to return it, such a waste. Read more
worst Starbucks ever. they never have any of the seasonal drinks because they are always out of pumpkin sauce, apple brown sugar... syrup and all the seasonal stuff. I wanted a pumpkin cream cold brew but they didn?t have it so I ordered a matcha latte insteadand they didn?t even make it properly. It had no sugar at all and I paid well over $6 for it. Disappointed. You are better offbuying coffee from the vending machine. I wont be wasting my money at this Starbucks again. Read more

Very poor customer service. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and received a cup of milk with caramel sauce after telling them... very politely that ?I think they forgot the coffee?, the worker just asked me to remove the lid and straw and took it withoutsaying a word and let it sit on the counter, no one did anything until eventually a girl poured coffee on it and gave it backto me, they didn?t offer to remake it. Wasn?t even busy in the store or anything. No apology at all and no one even told the guywho made it that he didn?t add coffee smh. If you respect yourself please don?t waste your money here.
