A location that works hard to keep up with the rush. With a number of schools nearby, lunchtime during the week can be a... crapshoot. If timed well you will be in and out due to the number of staff working, however if a little delayed you will bewaiting due to a lineup of cars or students inside ordering. Avoid this Tim Hortons at all costs if you want you?re full order! In the past month the first two times I went they always... forgot to give me half of my items when I ordered through the drive-thru so I had to come back IN STORE to get them whichdefeats the entire purpose of a drive thru. This third and last time I went I made sure all my items were there but I ordered alarge chilli only to find it half full. When I used to come here before they had a different staff inside and they were amazing,but now it?s clear their management doesn?t know how to run a business. Read more
Today I went to this location and I took my tea and I asked the order taker twice that i want my sandwich extra grilled, but... when i got it, it was not even grilled properly and butter was also not melted. I went back to resolve my problem but the ordertaker without even apology directed me to someone else which was very disrespectful. When I told the sandwich person about this,she was very rude and said we grilled it, then she took my sandwich and threw it in the garbage bin, as if it was my fault thatit was not right at the first place. Then she made my sandwich again, this time she intentionally burnt my sandwich and gave itto me with very rude attitude. Really really poor service. This kind of behaviour spoils the whole day especially when it ismorning time. Read more

HORRIBLE customer service. Every morning there is a small lady at the drive thru window who is so hostile, she rushes so much... she always forgets half your order. Today she screamed at me to ?hurry up, hurry up, hurry up? because I took all of 6 secondspulling up my rewards scan + pay code on the Tim Hortons app, and kept yelling at me to just go inside and pay because shecouldn?t wait. SO impatient and hostile. Then she proceeded to say that the employees have a competition on how fast they canget customers out, like ok??? how is that a flex if you?re treating the customers like garbage?
