This location used to be amazing , like over the top. Drive through & front counter were great. Now it's difficult to get... service as a walk in customer, as the front counter is rarely staffed or looked at, leaving groups of people standing aroundtrying to get the attention of staff in the back room or around the corner. This store?s staff never fails to disappoint as if that was covered in their training modules. Stood there for more than 10... minutes at the counter, the staff is coming to grab the muffins, donuts and whatsoever for the drive thru and don?t even care tolook at you and acknowledge that someone?s in their store and can be helped out shortly. Staff is expert to ruin your whole day, it?s so far to greet you with hi, thanks , have a good day, they don?t even wanna... answer your questions, this morning a lady thrown a straw on the counter so rudely, she was like I am getting a coffee for free.Though that wasn?t the first time that I experienced that. Her voice was like she doesn?t wanna work but she?s being forced todo so. I hope these issues will be resolved soon, teach your staff the exact meaning of great customer service. Read more
I would give 0 stars if I could. Worse Location ever, The gentleman that helped me was very rude. Made me wait 10 minutes in the... drive-through line. When the order was done wrong.. he basically Gave me attitude and told me you order it so good luck withthat. I asked him to remake the order,He told me to pay for another drink. Goes and print out the receipt and gave it to me .. And told me to leave the drive thur? what am I going to do with a drink that I can?t drink? I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THATLOCATION. Read more
