If this place was half as concerned with the customer service they provide as they are charging people for extra toppings then... maybe I?d give them a better review. Last time we came 40 mins before close and they said the kitchen is closed and they couldnot serve us. Then they say okay nevermind we?ll make it for you. Then the pop machine doesn?t have ice. They forget ourblizzard. Then forget to FLIP the blizzard. When I tried to take advantage of their offer ?flipped or the next one is free? theassociate laughed and walked away. I had to ask her to come back because I was being serious about redeeming the offer. Theysaid they didn?t have coupons and couldn?t give me one. Then scratched ?free md blizzard? on the reciept. Well today we come toredeem said FREE blizzard and they refused to give it for free and said we had to pay for our topping. Been coming here foryears and honestly don?t think I?ve ever had a perfect visit. Rude, slow, ?closed? an hour early and have had them argue with meand other customers time and time again over the silliest things. This DQ location is so poorly managed that it is pathetic. Head office should be eating there and putting the hammer down on... this franchisee. I have vowed to never go back again. Always ordered the same thing, cheeseburger, fries and a drink. Price isalways different and food quality varies on every visit. Last several visits have served up nothing but luke warm food. DQpublic relations team have nothing but cookie cutter responses to customer concerns telling us that they strive to serve nothingbut the best. STRIVE MUCH HARDER BECAUSE YOU ARE FAILING MISERABLY. The worst Dairy Queen icecream. It?s not creamy, gets soft real fast(watery) Asked for a buster parfait and absolutely NO HOT... FUDGE. As soon as I received it I told the manager there isn?t much hot fudge, she then just put like a line of the hotfudge . It wasn?t even smooth and or hot. I tried 2 spoons to then bring it back and said there is absolutely NO HOT FUDGE HEREAT ALL. Just like a string of it. She went as far to say I ate it all ???????. I sent a complaint to head office and I hopethey get some training with product and most of all Customer service. I left the parfait at the counter and returned it. Therewas no like ? The employees staffed at this establishment are incompetent and cannot receive nor prepare an order. The ice cream I ordered was... watery and did not taste like the flavour I ordered, and did not meet my expectations. Shortly after, a couple walked in andtried ordering a meal deal. Not only were the staff unfamiliar with their own menu, they were incapable of listening and puttingdown the correct items in the system.
