I've been to this location 3 times so far. It's nice place to dine in but the staff needs a lot of training. On our 1st visit,... we ordered 3 ranch dips and they charged for 9 dips, on 2nd visit we ordered 2 extra glasses they charged for 4 glasses.Something is definitely wrong either with their systems or the staff. If I could give this Tim?s a 0 star I would. Some employee when I was sitting outside came over to me and was very rude because... I had my vape sitting on my lap and asked me not to vape when I just had it resting on my lap. This place is also very untidyfirst time coming here and will never ever be back. One of the worst Tim Hortons location around Mississauga, not only is the owner so rude and disrespectful, but employees follow... the leadership as well. My past 3 visits have been a nightmare getting coffee and sandwiches for my colleagues and I. Always adrink or 2 missing and not only is the sandwiches tossed like a salad but they can never get it right for some reason. I amsimply ordering a sandwich on their menu but they struggle so hard to complete it. Highly recommend to not support this owner orlocation as they are a disgrace to a proud company so called Tim Hortons. Read more
I loved this place..the ambiance is amazing also service was good. There is a lot space for public usage,I really appreciate... this thing.We can just go and do our work or study by seating there with a coffee or small breakfast.good work guys.I liked theview also when you occupy window tables there.
