I have a free crazy bread coupon from joining the online mailing list. I went to order pizza and presented the coupon. However,... the associate says that they cannot accept any email coupon because they only accept mailer coupons at this location. He saysthat i have to use my email coupon through online ordering but my coupon doesn't allow me to order via online. i tried toexplain to the associate many times and he still didn't let me use my coupon when i've respected all sales conditions found onthe fine print of this coupon. truly very disappointed. never going back. how stupid is having a coupon that is meant to be usedin person but in person at this store, they do not let you use any non mailer coupon. blaming online ordering to use this couponwhen i can't is truly a lame excuse. Food was acceptable. I have had better from Little Caesars. Customer service could be so much better. Our server seemed... overwhelmed trying to keep up with counter, phone and Food courier orders while being harassed by his supervisor. One wouldthink that the supervisor would jump in to help, but he seemed to think that he was "super efficient" showing all the customersin the store that he could stand in one corner and shout orders to the one person trying to take all orders at the front andtrying to keep up with what was ready and obviously getting cold at the back. That scene was enough to dampen my appetite andprobably explained why my food was less than ideal. Read more
