The place was clean, the service was great - relatively fast and very friendly - with an inviting atmosphere. Great selection of... food, even for vegetarian or vegan options. I had the eggplant parmesan sandwich and it was DELICIOUS! Fresh, tasty, and theydidn't cheap out on the toppings. Only one thing I would say... each additional topping costs a dollar. The sandwich itselfonly comes with the eggplant and bun. It should include one topping with the sandwich, in my opinion. Although they do ask ifyou'd like it spicy or not spicyy. Food was great, but I will not be returning back because of poor customer service. I placed in store order and was the only... customer in line. 5 mins later, two Caucasian males ordered after me at the til. Food is ready and they got their sandwichesfirst. We all ordered chicken Parmesan sandwiches, I waited another 5 minutes after to finally receive mine. I did not want tomake a scene but don?t understand why I would receive my order last? We all ordered at the front, all ordered the same chickensandwich, maybe they were friends or because of nationality , either way- I am very dissatisfied with this customerservice.
