Ordered on Subway app July 20th didn't get order, Doordash refunded them on 25th July still no refund, that store at Hurontario... and Dundas is shady af, sent many emails to Subway customer service and nothing Doordash tried nothing, when you call they don'tanswer and voicemail full, then when I went to store yo ask about my non refund they gave me bogus number and name for theremanager, only thing left is go my MPP, BBB Canada, Mississauga News Paper and Next Door Read more
Looked clean and hygienic. The guy (staff) was polite and helpful. He made a good sandwich and I?d visit here again!
Sub was made incorrectly according to instructions. When asked about it, they said they don't read the comments and refused to... remake the sub. They are incompetent and don't take responsibility. Earlier in the pandemic, a female staff member also wore hermask on her chin and would touch her mask and then food ingredients - not following the rules and not sanitary. Washrooms aren?t really out of order, you just need to tell them that your a customer and need to wash your hands. After you do... that, lady at the front will summon the toilet boss that usually sits in the back and he will come out and open it for you. Read more
