Went to drive thru this morning and ordered Chicken BLT, the lady at the pick up window also asked if I ordered Chicken BLT and... I said yes. Went back to the office and opened the bag only to find 2x baked blue berry muffins inside instead of the BLT. Paid way more than I should for just 2 muffins. Read more
I use to visit this place as it is very close to my workplace. I ordered 1 junior chicken and medium orange pikoe 3-3, my hot... drink was not hot. I did not return it, but ordered another 1 orange pikoe to enjoy it as I wanted. However the result was againsame, this time they make it hot but the lady who took my order did not add cream and sugar. I again disappointed. This McDonald's is a SCAM! Heads up everyone make sure you check your order before leaving. I won a medium fries and a sandwich... from monopoly and came to this mc Donald's on November 5, 2022 at 5:50pm through drive thru. I ordered a Double big mac andmedium fries. They told me this is only for a big mac and not a double big mac. I was like fine and ordered a big mac and mediumfries. There's no one behind me and they told me to go wait in parking 1. I waited and she came with my order and when i gothome and checked it was a big mac and small fries. This is a mc Donald's that will scam you so be aware and check what youordered to make sure they give exactly what you ordered because they will scam you. Drive thru not very busy but they still took almost 7 mins to ask for our order. We disnt get what we asked, guy ahead of me... was complaining too. When i parked n went inside to correct my order, no one made an eye contact for 7-8 mins n i had to callthem for assistance n then they helped. Qhen i was coming out with my order, someone else too on driveway at window was havinga heated argument with the employees. Very poor service.
