completely agree with most reviews saying the store is understaffed. came an hour after lunch and had to wait several minutes... before someone came to greet us. almost left but, glad we didn't. our server was extremely nice, quick and attentive. thefestive meals we ordered were flavourful with the portions just right. hopefully, the owner takes a cue and hires additionalstaff before the existing ones burn out. Just wanted to take the opportunity to thank everyone at Swiss Chalet for our dinner Sunday evening. It was fresh, delicious... served by a pleasant young man (Kwasi). Update- something was wrong with phone systems. Not the restaurant?s fault. Sandy, the manager is the best! She fixed... everything immediately and gave excellent customer service. We?ve been coming to this location for years and the service has always been welcoming and fast. Whenever I pick up an order,... the associates are always so friendly. The food is great as it is always hot and the fries and chicken aren?t overwhelminglysalty compared to other locations. The restaurant is very well kept and clean. I wanted to mention Sandy, the GM. She?swonderful! My mom and brother were lucky to have her as their waitress years ago and she remembered my mom when we went to placean order recently.
