I went to this Subway restaurant last night at about 10 pm (it closes at 11 pm on Saturdays) to get some food. When I walked in,... the only staff member I saw was a woman. Since this is only the third time I have bought in Subway, I do not quite know thenames of many of the foods and steps of buying foods. When I asked the staff(the lady) about the discount(coupon) in a friendlyway, she was very impatient and rude, which made me feel upset and angry. I was not familiar with how to use coupons and sherefused to help me! So I left Subway immediately without buying any food. I love subway but every time I come to this location I receive horrible service. This is the third time to come with the same... subway worker who is not professional at all. I love subway and always get the same sandwich. To the lady that worked at this location on Friday Jan 14,22 at 11:45 am (I wish... I got her name), made the best sub I have ever had. Paid for a turkey and bacon salad. I was given a 1/2 cup of spinach and I had to ask for more. I had to ask for more of each... vegetable and the container was only 1/2 full. I was charged 1 slice of bacon which should have been included. This salad was $8not including tax. Given the portion size it's best to go elsewhere. The subway at Thomas (at Longo's) is so much better. Don'twaste your time on this location. Update: my Dad stopped by (against my advice) and the employees were not following dine inCovid mandates.
