Tried this place based on Google reviews as I was in the neighborhood. Inside, the restaurant is clean, bright and welcoming -... don't let the exterior appearance deter you. Tried my regular - Pho Tai. The soup is a touch on the salty side, could've beenslightly hotter, and could use a little more star anise, but I am being extremely picky here. Otherwise it was delicious andsatisfying. Service from the lone server was above average as she was friendly, checked on me a little after I received mysoup, and asked whether I wanted tea or water as I got seated. They spoke Vietnamese in the kitchen, provided saw toothcilantro, and ample basil - all good signs of a good pho restaurant. They get a thumbs up from me - I will be back! Read more

I've been eating here since literally the first week they've opened and Pho Brothers always delivers. Large portions, wide... selection of Vietnamese/Thai dishes, competitive pricing, spacious and nice decor, and tasty food that reminds me of mom'scooking. In the entirety of Mississauga I'd say this place and Pho Dau Bo are the only two good Vietnamese restaurants. I'vestarted eating here regularly again since the pandemic ended and have to say the service has taken a turn for the worse sincethe owner began hiring foreign exchange students with a tenuous grasp of English and a lack of work ethic. Several times we'veeaten in where we sat down and no one came to bring us the menu or tea in over 10 minutes unless we called (it's not even busyhours). Orders sometimes get mixed up with other tables making us wait even longer. And twice now that I've ordered a brokenrice dish and they bring me a plate with missing food (crab meat egg meat loaf and shrimp tofu, then shredded pork). If Iwouldn't have caught it we would've been charged full price! I felt bad for the owner yelling at the servers when they messedup our order, but this isn't a one time occurrence. Please get your staff the training they need. 4 stars for great food, -1star for sub-par service. Read more
