Harvey's has been my favourite burger since I was a teen...and I'm now a senior. I've always received great service until... today. Ice for soft drinks in not much more than a bucket? Who knows how many people have handled those tongs that are putright back on the ice! When I asked for vinegar I was dismissed in a rude tone with "we don't have any". This location reallyneeds to step up their customer service. Maybe the lady who took my order could be used as an example. She was very friendlyand courteous. Read more
Terrible manager, great staff My son and I went here to spend my Father's day gift card and the manager/supervisor kept saying... it was empty. She made me feel that it was my fault for having a card with an empty balance whereas it was a brand new card.When I checked the card it still had full balance on it. She had ZERO empathy and a very intimidating demeanour that made usvery uncomfortable. I ended up just paying for our meal but whoever owns this place should promote managers who are good withpeople and not boss-like people who thinks their better than you. Very disgusted with the food we had from this location today. The food was half cooked it was a Texas Chicken sandwich... (something which has no mention in Harvy?s website) the chicken patty was disgusting dipping with some red sauce from the lookof it could be just red pepper or red colour not sure what it was exactly. The Ice drink was plain cold water no iceseriously???? This has totally ruined our experience abour Harvy?s i bad high regards for this brand untill today.
