The place says it closes at 12am, but when I ordered through the app at 11pm (and it went through + charged me) and got there... shortly after, nobody was there and it was closed. Edit: It seems like the owner responded, if you believe that I didn't showup, check your cameras at 11:28pm last night. Both doors were locked, I used the doorbell, looked in and saw only someone in thekitchen cleaning. Come on fried chicken. It's good. Only down side is that I feel like the Employees hate there job or the customer. It a very... unpleasant interaction. But each location is different. For better customer Services try other mississauga location onconfederation parkway I believe. Read more
Ordered my food and once again they forgot an item. Even though I called and asked them to please make sure everything is there... and they said yes. I called and they said next time they'll send it with my other order. Then they said I should order a biscuitand they'll send it. I had enough. I went there myself and gave them hell. It's the principle of the situation. Too many timesthey've missed items in my order and say next time, but never receive anything. Train your staff properly. Bad customer service. I travel a lot with 2 kids and a wife. When we stop at a fast food restaurant, we order and than use the... rest room to freshen up. This location, had "out of order" sign on both restrooms. There was 4-6 employees working. There was acouple, having chicken at a table. I don't believe that this location is running without a working restroom, out of 2. Where isall these people going when they have to go? Next door? I have to call their corporate office to find out if the shift MGR andthe owner had anything to do with it. Read more

Took way too long to prepare order although it was small, store wasn?t that busy on a few customers.
