The worst Tim Hortons experience. Ordered online for 2 wraps. When we came to the drive thru, they informed us that there was no... egg, no sausage. So wrong settled with other ingredients. At the window we were informed that they didn't have the right sauceas well. They asked us to choose another sauce and when we asked which sauces were available, the girl had no idea which oneswere there. Once again we settled for something else. Since it the fall menu was out wr ordered 1 maple Pecan donut. I openedthe donut at the drive thru window and clearly saw it was the pumpkin donut to which I asked the staff if this was the rightone. They lied and confirmed that it was Maple Pecan. Bad staff. Bad experience. Giving wrong orders out. Read more
I placed a mobile order and went to pickup the items. When I reached the store it was me and another customer waiting for... someone to assist us. We saw 3 people in the customers table and there was no one in the counter. The lady who was there beforeme asked them if someone is coming to help us or not. Then the lady staffs started yelling at us and came to counter. And twoother people came from the back room. I am not demanding people to cut off their breaks to help us atleast let someone know thatthere?s customers or always be there someone at counter? We waited almost 10 mnts before we asked them if someone?s coming tohelp us. And the way we were treated was terrible. Nobody deserves to be treated so rudely. Because we politely asked ifsomeone?s gonna help or not. We also have places to be. I am actually not even worried that none of the items I ordered was notavailable but this behaviour was seriously hurtful. I ordered a cold brew and a loaded chilli and both were not available. Ihave also worked in Tim Hortons for some time, I truly consider that as a very good experience. And i feel really sorry for howpathetic Tim Hortons employees have become. I was in 2427 cawthra tim at 9:00 PM on 16th Sep 2022 I?ll never go back to thislocation ever or will be telling my friends and families not to visit this location ever again. Just been to this location.. it was one of the best experience.. I had a big order and it was done right away with no delays and... with no need to park anywhere till it was done. The staff are super nice! Great job guys Read more
I don't normally have bad experiences when I go to a Tim Hortons the worst experience I would have is if they're slow and they... give you the wrong order but I don't usually have that problem with Timmy's. They're really quick and friendly and they havewashrooms available and I drive through which is great! Ultimies are good they're cheap they taste amazing and they're not asexpensive at Starbucks and they taste even better the coffee for a way better price! Read more
