I have to say, post lock down Kanda Sushi is amazing. I'll try to keep this short. Me and my GF went here a few weeks ago (I... know long over due review). We enjoyed everything about it. The food was fantastic and as authentic as you're going to getwithout being in Asia. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed even with families there. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The manager/owner was definitely someone I'd go back just to cat with. He constantly came to check in is and would stay andchit chat with us. I was close to offering to buy him a beer and sit with us because we were drinking his favourite Sapporo. Definitely worth the money and time. Thank you Kanda Sushi, we will see you again soon. I was skeptical due to the appearance inside the restaurant and some of the reviews, but I quickly came to realize that those... things didn't matter. The sushi was very good, rolls were tasty and the rice was just a tad bit warm, like it just been cookedrecently.. just how I like it. Beef short ribs and tempura were also great. Overall worth it for the price. Staff were also verynice and attentive. As for the appearance It would be nice if they got soft white/yellow lights instead of the very bright whitehue ones, I think it would complement the restaurant a bit more and make it more comfortable for dinner (since it's probablyhard to renovate after being closed inside for covid nearly 2 years) Read more
Its a very nice place for all you can eat ! And Also the take out! The staff are really nice and the place is always clean.
the staff were nice and delivered our food quickly, but the food had no flavour and none of it was fresh (see pics).... unfortunately not worth anywhere near the $37 + tax they charge for dinner. Read more
