They have very Poor customer service. I ordered my pizza at 6 o'clock and It's 9 PM and Still waiting. I called them and... their excuse is "they are very busy!" Every time I order pizza from this location either open tag or too late to deliver. When we call Very poor Customer service. I don't think they care about the customer. This place is such a disappointment. Me and my friend were hungry and this place was on our way. Decided to place online order... as the service is fast we don?t have to wait. Ordered large pizza original crust with green pepper, onion, mushrooms and blackolives along with ranch dip. When we reached home we were surprised to see the things that they put generously were pizza sauce,green peppers and black olives. Cheese was hardly there and so were the mushrooms. Ordered a "Well Done" medium Pan Pizza with extra cheese - the dough was raw and dense (not airy) underneath the cheese. Tasted... gross and had to throw most of it out - I ate just the cheese on top to salvage the order. My hunch is you use frozen doughdisks for the Pan Pizza and that mine wasn't properly thawed out before baking. However, according to Domino's website, it saysyou don't use frozen dough for the Pan Pizza, so then how do you explain that my pizza turned out raw? My last 12 consecutive orders were all incorrectly prepped. Special instructions are also always ignored without fail. I always... kept it between myself and the establishment, 4 times in those 12 orders id call ahead and try to ensure the pizza is madecorrectly, and the only time it was followed I had to lie about having Parkinson's. Today, after a couple months of not orderingfrom this location, I caved and took advantage of the 40% special that multiple locations are offering this week. I ordered adeep dish deluxe, add jalepeno. I got some old deluxe original pizza, then they added another layer of cheese and jalapenos ontop as if it were new. Had only a single slice of pizza. Literally only come here if you want to waste your money. Theyliterally do not care and even this review is just wasted breath. I wouldnt even dare inquire about a refund or a coupon. Juststay away and go elsewhere. I've lately been ordering from the pizza pizza on grandpark drive. I know their bread and cheese iskinda eh, but try the dairy free cheese and literally any customization.
