Worst customer service i have ever seen or experienced. Weeks before, i was in a cashout line paying for my coffee. The... cashier said something but it could't hear it clearly as she was having her mask on so i asked her to repeat her words. veryfirst thing she did was she rolled her eyes showing her frustration which was too disrespectful. Today i was standing at theorder counter, i waited there for 10-15 mins no one bothered to get an order. When i asked them if anyone is available to get myorder, a girl named Tanvi was to loud and rude with a reply " Can't you see she (cashier) has 7 coffees to prep. for an order."Even after this nonsense behavior of the staff member, i was waiting for 10 more mins to get my order. This location truleyneeds to make their staff members educate on how to talk to the customers. The worst TH in the city, by far. First off, i took a few minutes to place an order, as all the workers were stading around... talking or getting drive thru orders. Myself and another customer(the only other customer at the time) stood there for 20mins,after ordering, waiting for basic sandwiches. No one seems to be able to speak effective English here, also. On top of that,they messed up my order, and also used a different bun rather than the usual sandwich bread. In the parking lot, the othercustomer told me theyd messed up his order aswell. I just ordered one drink and they took too long for that. They don?t even know how to make proper drink. Just took 1 sip and had... to throw it in garbage. Waste of money. I guess this location staff need more training. Read more
Food and drinks are good over here. But Sometimes they do screw up with your order.
