The staff were friendly but the pizza was not good at all. I didn't like the dough as it was so much like premade and frozen... ones! It was my first experience ordering from Boston pizza and unfortunately, it will be the last one. I got Mediterraneanpizza as the server suggested that it is better than the veggie one. ???? I decided to order ahead directly with Boston Pizza. I was quoted 15 minutes. We showed up 20 minutes after had to wait 8... minutes before anyone came to the front and then another 5 minutes for them to finish making the order. It was an order of 2appetizers and a medium pizza roughly 60$. They placed soup in a foldable tin that spilt all along the bottom of the bag anddrenched the pizza box and pizza. I asked for extra cheese for the soup and they melted cheese into a tin foil pan that ishardened? Extremely frustrated as if I ordered through skip or uber I would be credited but I try to go direct to restaurantswhen I can as I know many owners pay fees through those services. The manager was also the one to great my fiance and despitethe time and lack of someone being present knowing an order was being picked up did nothing to console the situation. Read more
Long wait, I was waiting for more than 10 minutes and no one was on the counter. I ring the bell couple of times and the guy... came and told me to wait for few minutes. After few minutes no one came and I asked that guy again and he told few more minutes.The restaurant was not busy at all only couple of tables were occupied. Very disappointed with the service. The experience at this location was pretty disappointing for me. We were a group of 7-8 people. The manager herself was serving... out table. Pretty rude behaviour I must say. I don’t know what was the problem! Because restaurant was pretty much empty atthe time we were there. There was not clear indication of her racist behaviour but I personally felt may be she was beingracist. Because on other tables she was seen nicer. I decided to go with my child to have dinner for some gathering that was planned with other people, the door was locked or had... issues to open, we stayed outside knocking for around 15 mins-waving as trying to grab the attention of servers passing by andperson sitting on the front desk by the door- everyone ignored us, finally when the door opened- we went in stood up waiting andwere ignored again- no one spoke to us no welcome no customer service.
