I'd like to ask the owners of this franchise to treat the staff better and fix the toaster. The customer service is abysmal here... and the staff is stressed and no doubt underappreciated and underpaid for their effort. I couldn't even enjoy something assimple as a toasted bagel after them yelling that they had to drop the bagel 4 times because the toaster wasn't workingproperly. I have ordered from here on Uber Eats several times and my order is messed up most of the time. This is usually the only... location that has a short delivery time so it's the only reason I keep coming back. Today, they threw my order together and the ice capp in the bag spilled all over and got my box of donuts soggy. Horrible customer service at this location! And after reading the reviews already here I can see the owner doesn't bother to... address the concerns on the spot but redirects to another customer service page where we can waste our time and nothing will bechanged. I'd like a refund directly sent to this email address for the horrible experience: wrong coffee order, and bothsandwiches missed the exceptions. Its like they are so robotic they can't read and remember the order in front of them. I hopethey're not being abused. Yelling everywhere in this location. Very bad energy.
