Tonight was my first night at Chucks Roadhouse and I must say, I'm quite disappointed. It was an extremely busy night so... understandable the waitresses are running around so didn't get much kind customer service, more so the minimum but that's fine,I get it and server was trying her best. However food was meh for the most part and portions were not the best. It seemed thefood was made in a rush and not done correctly as it should have been. Potato skins barely had any condiments on it/bacon. Gotsome food to go, and I was very disappointed in what I received(picture attached). For 25$ the portion of food was reallyupsetting and I expected something more.... I mean the portion of fries is absolutely ridiculous for a meal that's 25$. Its justnot worth it at all... Read more
*inhales*** where do I start?!?!?! My best friend and I often the Chucks in maple and theyre AMAZING! service food conversation... with the staff is all ON POINT! This location on the other hand.... the waitress was 2 weeks in and obviously had NO previousexperience (hey we all gotta start somewhere) she took our order kindly 3 times..... yup 3 times. Didnt lay out any cutlery atour table and gave us empty HP and ketchup bottles also 3 times. When our food came we gave em the benefit of the doubt and wentin.... corn was rotten and under portion size , the plastic corn at dollarama for Halloween decorations looks more appetizing.My steak which was suppose to be medium rare was more done than my temper at a Christmas holiday with my family. My onion ringsexploded with liquid in my mouth like an uncontrollable teenage boy at his first high-school party .... and OMG the waitstaff... walking upto customers hands on hips with attitude and careless behavior..... I am in complete and utter shock thisestablishment is even running in today's society with their lack of care for food and customer satisfaction.... ZERO stars neverreturning. While their ribs were rather dry and not prepared on the spot, at $22/rack, the value for the money is unbeatable. $14 pitcher... of Canadian beer? Are you kidding me? It's at least $22 in Toronto. Half a BBQ chicken was $16 and Mozzarella sticks were $10.Overall, prices are adequate and way more affordable than in Toronto. Service was good. Nothing to complain about. As a sidenote, this restaurant chain charges an 'Honest to Goodness 3% Fee' to keep prices low and ensure a higher quality of food forits customers. Given how low it is, I couldn't care less. I'd rather pay 3 cents on the dollar than $3 more dollars for apitcher or ribs. Read more

My favor steak bar, nice food, good food and friendly services. Their food menu is very good, even this is a bar but i treat... there as a steak house. Many seats and TV, so good to watch sports with friends. It may takes a bit longer time for food butwhy not have a drink to relax and enjoy the time. I love their steak and sauteed mushroom, it is so yummy. Besides, they havemany difference special offers on the whole week. Anytime i want a steak and take a break (solo dinner), that is my place.
