I went there on nov 13 at 11.00 pm for the first time and my experience was very good as I really enjoyed their hot chicken... strips and fries and A&W root beer. Customer service of employees was very good and store was properly clean. I will come againdefinitely and would recommend everyone to come and enjoy their hot and delicious food of very good quality. Usually this location is good with handling waves of people whether that be during the morning or lunch rush hour. For the last... few months unfortunately this is no longer the case. It appears lack of staff is the main reason wait times to just be servedkeep increasing. With the lack of man power, their quality has gone down with their food. Burgers were not cooked thoroughly andbecause of that the one staff cooking everything could not re cook another one. Management really needs to step in and fix thisimmediately. Read more
Food was good... But the onion rings came in one big clump. The drive through is ridiculous. I ordered then they ask me to drive... back through in 5 minutes. In 5 minutes the drive through is packed with cars. Not a good service. Also no napkins in bag. Veryannoying Read more
