The manager is extremely rude. I pre-ordered a flavored shot in my coffee and they ran out of the one I wanted. I asked the... staff if I could get a different one and the staff member had to deal with a line up of customers. I get it, it was busy so Ididn't mind waiting. But the manager came and I told her what I wanted and she rudely responded with "you should have told herbefore". If she knew how to "Manage" she would have known that her staff had to deal with a line up first and then come to meafter. Read more

I hope it has less than a star to rate. Worst drive thru i have ever seen. Waited for 25 mins almost and finally have to take... exit because there were another 4 cars ahead of me. Never recommend this location. Read more
