I got the Holy Smokes burger with bacon. It was great, I highly recommend it. But the dining room was dirty when I sat down to... eat and there was a weird liquid on my chair. I didn't notice until after sitting down. Not a huge deal but noticeable. Therewas one issue that was quickly resolved. When I got my meal I was given a bunch of fries with only 3 packets of ketchup. Which Ifound frustrating but Megan an employee there filled a 2oz cup right away. Restaurants need to scrap the packets and bring backthe self-serve 2 oz cups... Overall it was a decent experience. Placed order through Uber Eats. Order was confirmed to being put together and taking about 40 minutes to arrive. Order was... confirmed that it was picked up and on the way. Got notification that my order was minutes away and that driver would drop itoff shortly. Within minutes I was notified that order was cancelled due to driver having issues. My money was refunded but youwould think that we would have gotten notification earlier so that we could have ordered from somewhere else and not have towait another 40 minutes to get another order delivered. I can?t leave 0 stars unfortunately. I waited with my wife and kid for over 5 minutes, and the staff didn?t even acknowledge us.... A simple ?sorry, we are short-staffed, we?ll be with you in a minute ? would?ve been better than continuing to walk by and noteven make eye contact. We left without ordering. I have ordered through the website twice now and both times my food has been cold upon delivery or items missing . The food was... meh to be honest like the burgers were very greasy . I think if people are going to spend 100 dollars to feed a family of 4 thefood and delivery should be in a timely fashion and maybe not be so much like a fast food joint!! I can honestly say that Iwould not recommend ordering for delivery for sure!
