I was just at my local mall and decided to try the subway here for once. I was the only one in the store and waited several... minutes because the girl was on a personal call and I had tried to get her attention several times before she actually noticed Iwas there. The white cheese looked like it had been cross contaminated with meat and the meats themselves looked old. I ordereda veggie sub and she proceeded to make it very fast ( so she could get back to her call) with such a minimal amount of toppings,I had to ask her to add more aka the normal amount at subway. After 1 minute of walking out of the store I noticed the bag wasquite heavy after I was holding the sub, i unwrapped only the top and I took 1 bite ( because i was hungry, generally why youbuy food.....) and then proceeded to look at the bag and noticed that almost all the topping had fallen into the bag because thegirl had not wrapped my sub correctly, didn't even put the sticker on it. Now most people who have been to subway know that theywrap the sub in 2 pieces of paper and if it is wrapped correctly any sauce or toppings that are to fall out would fall into thepaper itself and NOT the bag... I went back to the store and the girl proceeded to treat me with disrespect saying that Imyself had somehow gotten the toppings in there myself in the 1 minute i had left the storw and did not want to remake my subsaying I had eaten it when I had only taken a single bite. Without changing her gloves from the previous customer she took mysub and proceeded to add so much lettuce and started adding tomato when this was not even in my order and I had to stop her as Ihave an intolerance to tomatoes and she could have seriously made me sick. She gave me the sub again hastily and not even anapology was given at any point, because she assumed she was right and I was wrong. Haha, They will put way small portion of veggies, and then will ask you for tip (never seen tip option in any other subway... store).. employees don?t know how to cut veggies, and don?t keep their masks on properly. Worst subway ever seen. Read more
The bread was old and it was difficult to bite into my sub, 10min after I got it.. The veg patty was good though.. They should... not use old bread, it should be fresh.. Read more
I've been to different subways across Ontario my whole life and never have I had a negative experience before. I thought I'd... give my local mall a chance again today. Other time last year was great, but today I felt ignored, toppings never have been sominimal, just an overall poor quality customer experience, sorry. Read more
