We ordered Big Texan, yummy with crispy onions and pulled pork, Big EZ and the meat eater poutine. Big portions and delicious.
I just ordered food from here through Uber. I ordered a 3 cheese sub with mushrooms, onions, lettuce and tomato. I saw 1... mushroom, no lettuce, no tomato. I certainly didn't get the impression there was 3 kinds of cheese on it. It certainly didn'tlook like the picture. The sauce was laid on 1/3 of the sandwich. Waited about 1.5hrs for an order adverted as 25min Got pushed to the final person post-close somehow. Watched about 4 delivery... partners arrive at the location, wait 10-15 minutes, and then cancel the pickup as the order apparently was not ready. The 5thone now needs to drive in from out of city as so many have now declined. That means the location had constant reminders on it. Ialso called in curious to what's going on, Unfortunately I was told "The drivers just didn't want to wait". I understand it mayhave been a busy night so I accepted there was nothing I could do and left the conversation pleasant as a check up call couldbe, but that doesn't account for the lack of order supervision.. I place maybe 1-2 orders daily for the past 4 years at variouslocations. The issue here was not the drivers unfortunately but the order of tickets in the kitchen being prepared. Otherwisefood is usually decent. I advise if ordering, to avoid peak days, I would argue the order was made not at peak hours so not surethe time is relevant as it depends on local business. I tried Philthy's today, and will never go back. I ordered the 6" philly cheesesteak sandwich, a poutine and a pop. I wish I... took a photo of the sandwich so I could show you how unappetizing it was, the bread was super soggy and chewy. I didnt even eathalf of it. The steak was decent but nothing special, the meat and veggie ratio were the same. The poutine was edible, but notenjoyable. This meal was $13.99 and it was disappointing. There are so many more delicious options along Lakeshore in this area,dont waste your money here. Read more
