I called this place at 11:08p.m November, 3, 2022 with the intention of ordering a pizza. The lady who answered the phone asked... me for my phone number then address. Before i could finish complete my order she said that we dont go there and she does notknow that place. Lol. I live less than 10 minutes away from the store. Just picked my RAW pan pizza tonight...FIRST time to this location after almost 4 years NOT having Dominoes I felt for a Pan... Pizza as Pizza Hut was closed ... disgusting service I called and was put on hold as they hadnt returned, im sure everyone elseswas also raw as well that were waiting for their orders .... will NEVER recommand this location!!!! The management at this establishment has no customer service experience. I did not receive my pizza for over an hour and when I... called to inquire I was told to keep waiting 5-10 min for the driver to show up. The manager proceeded to tell me that I don'tknow how to order pizza online and this was my fault my pizza didn't show up and was telling me how I am rude and don't deservedelivery. When I proceeded to cancel my order, the manager called me back to once again tell me that I need to learn how toorder pizza via the online tool and tell me that I am being rude and wouldn't stop belittling me over the phone. 0/10 would notrecommend delivery from this store, your pizza will come minimum 40 min after leaving the store and management will belittle youover the phone. Extremely poor customer service when it comes to client's queries after purchase. Ordered from this location more than once.... Last time was on June 8th 2022, for over $200 for a corporate event. The amount that appeared on the invoice they provided wasless than the actual amount charged, which is fine, as we wanted to give a huge tip to the delivery person. We have been callingand emailing for a week now to just get a copy of the right invoice with the correct amount, as it needs to 100% match theamount that we were charged for, and we're being completely ignored, which is completely frustrating. I've never seen this in 5years of being a client at Domino's. They're 'Call Us' number is a ghostown and they have no Finance department accessible tothe clients. I do not understand how a very simple query (just print it out of your Debit/Credit machine) is so complicated toresolve. We have absolutely no traces of the full amount that was paid to Domino's, and not giving an invoice that reflectsthat, violates the regulations of Canada Revenue Agency. We will keep escalating this matter, until the correct invoice is sentto us. Would actually give zero star, if that was an option. Read more
