Menu for Shanghai 360 in Mississauga, ON

I went to this short serve buffet, and when they served me they had good customer service.. however, the food was not hot as... other restaurants. when I went to the table to eat the noodles and the chicken ???? it was cold ... this is not professional. I work I the food industry as a chef and this is not ok. there warmers need to be hot.. the food that they have there needs tobe fresh every 30 mins. you guys are running a restaurant there... but the food need to be fresh.. I from hamilton and this wasmy first time at square one mall.. I choose your restaurant cause the food look good. but the heat of the food was poor.. When Iwent up to ask for my money back. I had to wait 20mins before I could get it back.. that a no no.. the wells should be hot atall times... The food should be fresh as much h as possible.. quote to owner... if you need food hot and food not ready in theback.. ask the servers to turn food up at the front every five mins. or spray pan cooking spray to keep the food moist. I getit.. it's a big industry and you have a lot of competition.. but try to make yours stand out.. yes I got my money back.. but Iwish your staff could of produce fresher food.. good luck. Waited in line for 5 min and was next to be served. A young couple comes up next to me, hands all over each other like, what... ever. I just want to get my food and go. The server proceeds skip over me and starts to take there order like I wasn’t eventhere. No words, nothing. The couple (No manners at all), didn’t even have the decency to say “Oh by the way he was next”.Looks like the server knew them. I just stood like “Did this just happen??”. So I said to the server “Umm, didn’t youjust see me waiting?” She says “One minute one minute”. I said “No, forget it”. When to another restaurant. We’vebeen going here for years but not anymore. Shanghai 360 looked super appetizing once passing by in Square One. Mohamed and I got the chow mein noodles (little spicy),... fried chicken wings (which I was craving so bad this day and it was worth it), and the black pepper beef (super spicy!) withorange crush as our drink. This meal was great! I was told that it was not that spicy, but for me it was too spicy so I was notable to enjoy the entire meal. Price was fair and the portion size is good. 4/5 stars for this one.
