The wooden puppets were creepy, there was no music, and the toilets were literally outside the restaurant itself, but the food... and the coffee was fantastic. Read more
Reasonable prices and good selection of food. I got the falafel wrap and was disappointed that it was very dry and not a saucy... as the competitors like Owsmos and Lazeezs. I would however still come back to give it another chance as in my opinion, it oneof the best option at the airport. Read more
I don't usually leave review for restaurants. However I would definitely like to bring this into Paramount's owner's knowledge.... I placed an order and left to check my flight announcement, I came back after 5 mins and asked the guy about my order at thecounter who was handling orders. The guy was extremely rude and refused to provide status. not only that, his gestures were veryrude with other employees. I left my order and boarded in the flight. Read more
I rarely give one star to a business/restaurant but it?s one of those rare times. It?s Wednesday July 13th 9:14pm. The guy who... makes the orders on the front and calls the order numbers to be picked up is very very rude if someone talked to him or asked ifthe order is ready, he will literally yell and start waving his arms while yelling! Then on my personal issue : I was observinghim making 4-5 wraps and placing them in the grill together and I was like : wow there?s NO WAY this guy will remember whichwrap is for which order!! Then to my surprise here?s my order?s turn (I can tell because he literally called the order before methat time) I specifically requested only few toppings: No Tahini, no turnips, no onion. ONLY garlic sauce, tomatoes andlettuce. Then I can only see him putting turnips to my wrap!! He called me order # and I told him : you put turnips to my wrapand I never asked for it! He gave me a dirty look and went back to the next orders! What if he puts something to someone?s orderand that person is allergic to that thing and asked not to put!!!? I think his strategy is : ?those ppl are hungry and about toboard! What will they do or say if their orders aren?t exactly what they asked for! And it?s probably working well for himbecause I myself didn?t bother to insist and ask for another wrap instead ! I already waited more than 30 mins to get myinaccurate order! I have just ordered Beef Shorma and Coke.. She was in hurry to charge my card while I was looking for cold coke and I told her I... don't need coke as it was hot and she charged my card and spoke to me rudely.. Shorma was cold, which was very DISSAPOINTED. TheLady who took my orders WAS VERY RUDE AND YOU SHOULD FIRE THIS KIND OF STAFF YOU CAN SEE HER PICTURE BELOW and she didn't knowto talk in an nice way and she told me in Punjabi Jo ukadana hai ukhadloo.. If you keep staff like this sorry to say it won'twork and your reputation will be ruined.. This will seculate around.. I am Travelling abroad and have to board my flightotherwise I would have complained the authority of airport and would have got your place sued and had got your staff firedfrom job and send back to India ..
