Went to drive thru for quick snack, weekend about 3pm. Handmade sign saying they were out of lettuce and cheese. Pretty... pathetic when a Save on Foods right there. Perhaps these people shouldn't run a fast food restaurant! Read more
Stood at the counter with 0 acknowledgment for 10 minutes. There were people standing around doing nothing. When I asked someone... if they could take my order they came over slowly and were short with me. There was a huge lineup behind me as well with no onepaying attention to the front counter, only the drive through. Read more
Two cars in front of me in drive thru around 9, and I had to wait at least 10 min at the window. The worker never acknowledged I... was waiting long at all, no apology was given when I finally did get my food, and not even a have a good night or enjoy yourfood from the obviously unfriendly person working the window. Step it up, or the newer one in town will easily replace thislocation in standards of service. Read more

Ordered two cheeseburger meals last week. The burgers were not cooked. Still Red in the middle. Called and they said will... replace the Order. They admitted they were having trouble timer for meat. Husband went to get replacement tonight and askedfor the hamburger to be double cooked. He got home and it raw again. He called and spoke to manager and he said too bad theyare not replacing it again. Terrible customer service!!! So we took pictures and put it on the mission Facebook page for thepublic to see for themselves. Don?t waste your money!!!!!! We won?t be going there again! Read more
