Great friendly staff despite being so busy. Rarely do I get a bad coffee.
Short staffed most of the time. Tables, floor and bathroom not cleaned often enough - no one to clean. Drive thru busy all the... time but seems to move quickly. Food is good, standard Tim's anywhere. Some days dine-in closed which might be due to lack ofstaff. Staff are good folk, that don't look too happy, exhausted to working too many days in a row or longer hours. Managementneeds to address the problem. It's the only Tim's in town as opposed to other places in many towns/cities. Read more

So, I'm not sure how a mobile order for a Simply Sausage sandwich (sausage patty and biscuit, right?) without cheese translates... to "add egg white, add cheese". Day before it was "cover up the burnt biscuit with plastic cheese". Just tasted like sulphur... Read more
