Had a horrible experience at the king street tim hortons in Midland. Went yesterday to get a tea, the tea bag was broken and... didn?t notice until I was already out of town. So I called and was to come back at my convenience. I went back now and told themat the speaker, got to the window with this girl who was definitely not wearing a bra as her chest was sagging to her stomachyelling out the window at me that I needed to call next time. I informed her that I did call yesterday and was told to come atmy earliest convenience. She then proceeded to tell me that I don?t need to be rude, which I wasn?t and I told her she didn?thave to yell at me. She said cause she couldn?t hear from the noise inside the restaurant. She proceeded to hand me my tea whichI had asked for an extra cup as I paid for it with my other tea that had the exploded bag in it. She was very rude and shouldn?tbe working with the public if she has that type of attitude. As well should invest in a bra, because it was very unappealing tohave her chest the way it was. Today around 6:30 pm I placed an order for a medium double double coffee at the drive through and I saw at the display that they... wrongly entered medium steep tea, I corrected them and they charged for a medium coffee along with my other orders. I was on myway to work. Once I got the things and I went back to my work, when I tasted it was still steep tea. The person who was at thedrive through clearly heard when I corrected.
