The sensor for the drive-thru speaker didn't trigger even though we kept inching ahead, so we sat there for 15 minutes with cars... behind us, thinking they were busy inside. The staff were not at all apologetic about it and then when we got our food, thechicken wasn't battered properly and had massive bare spots, as seen in the photo. Big shout out to the 3 people working this location on the evening of Sept 23. We were the paramedics from Vancouver on the long... distance transfer to Merritt. We arrived right at closing and y'all were so nice and helped us get some amazing food! We verymuch appreciated it and have been telling all our co-workers about it.
