Two times now I have paid for the ?loaded? wrap, only to have half the ingredients missing. The second time, the supervisor told... the cook right infront of us, when asked what to do because the items needed to finish the wrap aren?t prepped (cook waslaughing as of it happens a lot or was funny), she said to just ?give it to them like that?. We immediately demanded a fullrefund and will never go back. Imagine McDonalds just being like, nahhh we don?t need to prep and add beef, sauce or onions tothe big Mac, just give it like that.
