Its 50 50 if the food will be prepared well or just enough. Rarely they forget items. But out of bacon? Thats weird for a fast... food place that just added breakfast to be out of bacon. When the most well known item the "Baconator" is part of the well knownmenu. Read more
Wendy's is consistently good service but this one surprised me...show up at 5 just before the supper rush, stood around for 5... minutes as the staff tried to figure out who was logged in..etc...place my order, ask for ketchup. Meantime manager is changingout signage in the store requiring a ladder and causing worker around to be even slower.... in the end they are completely outof ketchup packets...sorry your 2 orders of fries are going to have to be eaten without it... I was at this location and drive thru on Sunday August 28th after a fun day at wonderland with my 3 year old daughter and wife.... I ordered dinner after the window to pay we went to pick up our food at the second window the employee handed out food then theother employee possibly the Manger came up to us and accused me of giving the middle finger clearly you have a camera for proofhe just kept screaming at me and my wife in front of our 3 year old daughter our child was scared she started to cry from hisshouting I never put my middle finger up and I said that once he kept screaming about it and his reply was oh now your callingme blind we said we need some water please he was so angry for no reason accused me of putting up the middle finger check yourcamera Do not make false accusations he slammed the window on our faces then we opened our bags and he forgot half the order mytaco salad was missing I had to go back in with my bill .I've Never been treated so horribly as a customer that guy should befired. HE NOt only made my daughter cry he screamed at me and my wife and making false accusations. Drive thru is pretty quick, but the lines can get pretty long inside. I feel like they should be quicker to add another cashier... when needed. Washrooms are typically filthy, but hard to blame the staff given the location across from Wonderland. Read more

Everything about this place sucks. I drive an extra 20 mins to the Wendy's near 7 and Weston when I really want a spicy chicken.
