I came here to get a couple ginger shots and a smoothie, service was great and fast. They made the smoothie very good. Very kind... workers, well trained. Place was very clean. Jonathan and Alejandro are best workers they deserve raise for their hospitality. Read more
This Freshii location is the second I have visited. The food and service were great. Although the atmosphere lacked. I think I... heard 2 songs played within the same 20 minute span. Wish i could give zero stars to this location for the complete lack of respect and poor customer service. We came in to order 2... salads/ noodle bowls. Because they packed it incorrectly all the sauces leaked through the paper bag, to the point where thewhole bag deteriorated and the contents spilled on my driveway as soon as I got home. When I called the store too report this,they completely denied responsibility, made me retell my story to different people several times and refused to replace theorder. The employees were rude, dismissive, anccused me of lying and accused my son of opening the container and disrespectfulon the phone. Really one of the worst customer service ive ever had.
