What happened to this place? Tastes horrible, overly salty, the one worker there makes it half effort all the time I go there,... not enough chicken, sauce never full amount, always have to ask for more. New (hot sauce) that they have is also bad, overlysalty, old one was way better. I've been to way better locations than this one. No longer going to this location. Read more
Not all Osmows are equal. This branch is one of the bests. There?s a lot of parking in the area.
Sorry to put this out, but I really felt it should be conveyed. I bought chicken over rocks tonight and the rice was way over... cooked, it was sticky and slimy. I understand it might happen sometimes, but what made the experience worse was the attitude ofthe girl who served me my food. She was very rude and clearly doesn?t have any skills to work in a customer facing job. The guyworking there was helpful and even helped out even when he was very busy with his orders. Overall a bad experience, food sucks,even bad attitude. Stay away from this place. Read more
Osmow?s is good. I have no idea what?s happened at this particular location but recently it?s become the worst. Can?t remember... the last time I was satisfied with my order. Either they?re late, there isn?t enough sauce (on the rocks), you ask for extrasauce to make up for the lack and it?s DROWNED in sauce (see pic), and/or the rice is mushy and disgusting. Osmow's overall has gone way downhill but this location in particular is horrible. I have ordered from here many times and every... time I get old chicken. The chicken is always cold, dried out and not fresh. It's been sitting in their "warmer" for who knowshow long. I've asked so many times "please make sure the chicken is hot and fresh" and the employees look at me weird. They areclearly not following proper handling protocols and I was even thinking to alert the health department for improper temperaturecontrols. Osmow's step up your quality because I know tons of people that don't go to your locations anymore, myself included.Do yourself a favour and avoid, much better places to get Shawarma in town. Edit: I got a response to my review below from theowner. Their response is a joke. It just shows they are ignoring all the real 1 star reviews on their profile. All the 5 starreviews are people who got a free drink. As for their temperature "log" that they are filling out. It's very clear the staff arewriting fake temperatures. How can the chicken be cold and dried out if it's kept hot? Instead of making it seem like all the 1star reviews are customers trying to make you look bad, how about you actually do your own quality audits and fix your clearquality issues?
