The worst Tim Hortons experience in my life. This location stole my money. I tried ordering through the Tim's mobile app for... the first time because the Roll Up The Rim contest was really pushing customers on it. My order was about $10 and I thought itwent to my usual Tim's across the street. When I realized my mistake after visiting two different nearby Tim Hortons I calledthe location to see if I could get a refund as there was no way I could get my order in time before work. The manager told me Icould pick up my sandwich after I was done work. (Doesn't that sound great? A sandwich that's been sitting on the counter for 10hours!) The manager was very rude, refused to refund me and she hung up the phone on me almost immediately during ourconversation. I've had good experiences at 100s of different Tim Hortons.
