Ok. Not outstanding but not bad. Typical Starbucks run by Longo.
I was so disappointed at today?s visit .. I have been drinking Starbucks forever and my most fave location is in klienburg. The... staff there is beyond friendly and they know u by name .. The atmosphere is so relaxing and u leave feeling appreciated for yourbusiness and visit .. Unfortunately today at this location .. I was made to wait 10 min because the girl in the middle ofmaking my 2 coffee orders said she had to clean the machine .. that?s fine I was willing to wait .. had no choice When my orderwas ready however, there was no apology or offer for a complimentary coffee for next time for waiting patiently So I inquiredabout getting a coupon for next time and I was told .. this location doesn?t give out coupons .. she took my name down on a tinypiece of paper and next time I come to mention my free coffee .. well that doesn?t work . Why should I the customer leave sounhappy and then come back and justify and explain that my name was written on a piece of paper and why ! This is not about afree coffee or the money .. it?s the principal of not letting a customer walk out feeling unappreciated . I did speak to longosmanager and she was very understanding and sympathetic to what happened and assured me that she will look after thiscomplaint I think the staff here should be send to klienburg location for training or hire more friendly staff who respecttheir jobs Read more
When I'm craving a Starbucks they are typically consistent and good. However I was shocked when told I couldn't redeem my free... drink because they don't honor them at this location. On top of that the person on front of me pointed at the display thatindicated the plastic cup & straw was one price but told by the employee that the straw was extra. Read more
