This location is horribly miss-managed and disorganized. It is really a shame, because it is in an excellent spot, Jane and... Major MacKenzie, next to the very busy supermarket, very close to the new hospital, and just off the Highway (Hwy 400). It couldbe the best McDonald's in the area, but it is the worst. I ordered in the drive-through. However, the food was not availablefor pick up (what happened to ?fast food??). They asked me pull ahead, park the car, and wait for the meal to be brought out. I hate it when they ask me to park, because I know that the food will take a long time to be ready (this has happened to mebefore many times at this location). This time, the food never came out. I went inside, and asked about my order... they hadn?tprepared it yet. I asked for my money back, and went across the street to Timmy?s. I won?t be back, they need to get theirbusiness under control, and there are many other fast food options in the area. I used the drive-through because I need to getto work! I ordered drive through here on Friday @8:50, my car was parked there first and then serveral cars after that. But I waited for... almost 30 mins, all the cars came after me already left. When I asked when will they give my order, the guy said "this is what Igot, what can I do" :) I have work and that's why I ordered through Drive Through, I had to left and could not wait any longer. They always get your order incorrect which is hard for me to understand considering all the items are listed on the receipt. Worst service I have received in a long time! Placed mobile order and parked in one of the curbside pick up spots then when my... first order came the guy was polite and told us to park in a different spot next time. We apologized and he went back. Nextthing we know this rude older woman comes yelling at the car window that we cannot park there and I explain we were told and weare just waiting for our second order but she just had a point to prove and kept yelling at us like be serious it?s a parkingspot. Then we waited 20 minutes for a vanilla cone and small fries?. the woman clearly wanted to make us wait at this point tobe petty. Playplace is open! Play structure is perhaps better for slightly older children because my 3yo was too short to climb some of... the sections. It is one of the cleaner McDonalds. Lost some stars because my order took a very long time but not very busy inthe restaurant and not much of a line in the drive through so not sure why it took so long and was given the wrong item for thehappy meal but they swapped it out pretty quickly.
