I always give service workers the benefit of the doubt. But I asked for a ketchup substitute instead of chipotle on my wrap,... which is how I have ordered it for years. I would like to say thanks to the reception staff who was incharged of the walk-in customers (I was there on Nov 7, 2022 around... 8:45am), she was having trouble on scanning the QR code on my mobile apps but she kept trying to solve it out for me andapologize for the apps error, while the on duty manager came over but just told me to report the apps problem directly to officewith bad manner but not solving any problem at the front line. If head office can see this message please consider to promotethat on duty front desk worker who was the only girl who serving walk-in customers, she is a white girl.
