I Have been visiting this Tim Hortons for years now. It is sad to so, how terribly mismanaged it has gotten from last few... years. Staff doesn't clearly listen to orders properly, I am left repeating myself over again. When you finally get the order,items are either missing or all over the place. The worst part is they don't know how to say Hi or even a Thank you. I hopethe management can train their newly hired staff on how to properly serve their clients. I've always loved the chili ????. I used to buy it regularly when I was working (not at this location). It's been over a year.... This chili was very soupy, very disappointed. And I only got 1/2 bun ????.. won't be ordering from here anymore. Read more
The restaurant itself is clean and staff is pleasant ... only downside is that there is always a wait and it doesn't seem to be... short staffed there has always been 10+ employees working. Now with that being said I would rather wait a little bit and beserved by someone nice and welcoming over being served by someone cranky and not happy. Read more
Extremely small sandwich my wife got at this location check picture. The only piece of tomato that was on my turkey bacon club... was the size of a Tooney and it was the part that you throw in the garbage. The supervisor berated the employee right in frontof us about not charging us $.10 extra for double cups and was telling employees to charge people for a small cup of icewater.
